Customer Service Coordinator 

I work closely with my customers on a daily basis to provide immediate service to any issues or queries they may have so I can provide customer satisfaction. As we have daily contact with customers, we are at the forefront of the company and have the ability to build on our existing, long-standing relationships with customers and to develop a positive view of Infineum as a whole.

My typical day revolves around

• Responding to queries with orders, deliveries and documentation
• Liaising with contacts at our plants and hauliers regarding shipments and loadings
• Placing, amending and cancelling orders on customer request
• Working hard toward complaint-free deliveries
• Chasing overdue payments to ensure timely payments 

I enjoy working in a team where I feel that we all have the same goal. I enjoy speaking different languages on a daily basis. A highlight is building on existing relationships with customers.

I have been given projects and more training to increase my knowledge of supply chain as a whole, which as a consequence helps to improve how I see my role in the department. I have been given projects to carry out through the year, which increases my responsibility and accountability. 

I feel that each employee is valued at Infineum and there is a lot of support in each department. There is an emphasis on teamwork, which makes you feel that you are not alone in solving problems.

There is a continuous possibility to grow within your department. I like the fact that you can also learn more about other departments as you develop in the company. No day is ever dull, as there are more aspects of the company to be learnt and so many different opportunities to explore.

Infineum offers a great environment to work in and is especially good at making you feel valued. There is a lot of room for personal development and growth within the departments.
