My Work

I provide direct service to customers and give immediate action to their issues.

This role is one of the main customer contact points. Developing close working relationships with our customers will help to reflect positively on how Infineum is perceived.

 

My Day

I work on timely communications with internal and external customers either by phone or e-mail, including problem solving and order processing. In addition to responding to queries, I also manage complaint resolution. I particularly enjoy building good relationships with customers. I’m working in a great department with an international team; it’s a very good work environment. 

 

My Path

I have been given the chance to be trained in different areas, which has broadened my perception of our supply chain and other departments at Infineum. I have been assigned more projects to help reduce efforts spent on non-productive issues and enable the team to work on value added improvements.  

 

My Take

Infineum recognises the work of its employees, for example, through our Thank You Award program. The annual performance review process presents an excellent opportunity for discussion around career advancement. There are good opportunities here for personal development through training courses and face-to-face meetings with customers. Infineum offers a great working environment.  As an employee I do feel valued and respected.
