Process Contact Engineer - Berre 

I am responsible for following the unit performance, carrying out plant trials, and developing and implementing capital investment projects. My role is to optimise unit performance, which consists mainly of maximizing production and yields, and ensuring product quality. I also have the opportunity to work on some strategic projects for the Berre site.

I assess unit performance and product quality, address unit issues, and work on projects. I enjoy motivating people to work toward a common goal. I feel that my work can improve the Berre site performance and competitiveness for major projects.

My responsibilities have grown with my experience and the skills I have developed in some areas. When I joined Infineum, I was a recent graduate. With plant experience came the occasion to carry out further unit trials. After one year, I started to implement projects on the unit. After three years of experience, I became an auditor and got the opportunity to work on bigger projects. I am more and more involved in strategic projects relating to organisation and efficiency improvements and I am now an advisor on several topics.
