I am responsible for following the unit performance, carrying out plant trials, and developing and implementing capital investment projects. My role is to optimise unit performance, which consists mainly of maximizing production and yields, and ensuring product quality.

I am responsible for the Polyisobutylene Unit from an engineering point of view. With this responsibility, I organise and link production trials, product quality and daily production. Communication among the plant staff, the people who need unit data (Mass Balancing, Maintenance, Project Department), and the international organisation such as manufacturing technology and other plants is effective in avoiding quality issues and problems regarding the unit performance

Operations Manager 

I’m currently the Group Leader of the Bayway Chemical Plant Components I section. The Bayway Chemical Plant is the largest of the Infineum additive manufacturing and blending facilities globally. In Components I, I lead a team that manufactures several additives that are blended into most of the packages Infineum sells in the US and abroad.
