My Work

As Regional Customer Service Leader my responsibilities include managing the Customer Service team servicing Asia Pacific customers, and leading and facilitating cross-functional projects.

I supervise a team responsible for all order to cash processes involving Asia Pacific and Japan customer orders. I also define and steward performance targets for the regional Customer Service organisation, and implement all necessary actions to meet them.

My Day

I perform functional responsibilities for all Key Performance Indicators for regional Customer Service, including compliance, controls and training activities on a day–to-day basis. The people element makes for a friendly work environment. 

My Path

I was formerly a Customer Service Advisor to a Regional Customer Service Leader. Then, I was given an opportunity to continue to demonstrate visibility as the Asia Pacific Customer Service Leader and to expand my support to the Japan Customer Service Coordinator team.

I have started to lead discussions on cross-functional/cross-regional Customer Service Coordinator issues. I am also helping my team to manage problem solving by directing and leading resources through a quality process.
