Customer Service Profiles 

 

As Regional Customer Service Leader my responsibilities include managing the Customer Service team servicing Asia Pacific customers, and leading and facilitating cross-functional projects

 


 

I work closely with my customers on a daily basis to provide immediate service to any issues or queries they may have so I can provide customer satisfaction. As we have daily contact with customers, we are at the forefront of the company and have the ability to build on our existing, long-standing relationships with customers and to develop a positive view of Infineum as a whole

 


 

I provide direct service to customers and give immediate action to their issues. This role is one of the main customer contact points. Developing close working relationships with our customers will help to reflect positively on how Infineum is perceived
