The Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA) of Eastern Union County, NJ, USA honors two Infineum USA L.P. colleagues, Danielle Alhale and Natalia Sawka. Danielle and Natalia recently received their Tribute to Women in Industry (TWIN) Award for excelling in their field and making significant contributions to industry in their professional roles.

Danielle was recognised for her deployment of key technology systems to global accounts and providing technical support to both customers and Original Equipment Manufacturers. She also manages the Linden site Safety Risk Assessment Process.

It is truly an honor to be named one of Infineum’s 2017 TWIN honorees. I am thankful to be a part of a company and now the TWIN organization that both value and recognize women. Joining into a group of such accomplished and respected individuals is a very exciting and humbling experience.

Natalia was recognised for her expertise in process control automation and project leadership through her experiences leading infrastructure upgrade projects, programming for manufacturing facilities, and executing manufacturing plant start-ups around the world. She currently oversees the Global Cybersecurity Program for Industrial Automation.
