Infineum to Build New Technology Facilities in UK

Infineum, the global lubricant and fuel additives company, has announced that it has signed a contract with Wates Construction Limited of Leatherhead, UK to construct their new Technology Facilities at Milton Hill, near Abingdon, Oxfordshire, UK.

Work will start in immediately on the new state of the art technology centre, which will house research and development laboratories and office accommodation for technology personnel. An additional building to house “pilot-scale” blending operations and “process scale-up” activities is also to be built in the same development. The new facilities are targeted to be ready for July 2005 when a smooth transition from existing facilities will be paramount.
