Infineum USA L.P. receives American Chemistry Council's Rcms® Certification

In November 2006, after a six-day thorough assessment of the safety, health, environmental and security management systems at Infineum USA L.P.'s Bayway Chemical Plant and the Linden Business and Technology Center, Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) verified that the company is in compliance with American Chemistry Council's (ACC) Responsible Care Management System (RCMS) Technical Specification and issued a Certificate of Conformance.

This prestigious certification, which is valid for three years, is applicable to all Infineum USA L.P. headquarters activities, manufacture, and development of additives for fuels, lubricants, and specialty applications.

"Our well established safety, health, environmental and security practices greatly facilitated the verification of our systems compliance with ACC's RCMS requirements," said Gus Elsner, Infineum's health safety, environmental and risk management department manager.
