Marine oil additive components

Infineum’s portfolio of leading Marine Additive technology offers a wide range of Additive Components to give our customers a unique diversity of choice. Our detergents, dispersants, anti-wear and other complementary additives facilitate the formulation of all Large Engine Lubricants.

Calcium Salicylates – Recommended for Trunk Piston Engine, Railroad and Gas Engine Oil formulation, for their strong ability to control heavy fuel contamination and anti-oxidant properties.

Calcium Phenates – Recommended for both Cylinder Lubricants and Trunk Piston Engine Oils. Offer excellent cleanliness and anti-oxidant properties.

Calcium Sulphonates – Recommended in Cylinder Lubricant formulation due to their cost-effective TBN and ability to neutralize acids.

Complex Detergents – This unique Infineum technology is specially designed to meet the current and future Large Engine requirements. Complex detergents combine and enhance all the benefits of various detergent families.
