Philippe Creteur, Chief Finance Officer and Chief Strategy Officer
In his current role as Chief Finance Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, Phil is accountable for the digitally enabled Business Transformation of Infineum into a sustainable speciality chemicals company with industry leading Customer Experience. He is also accountable for Corporate Strategy, Finance, Information Technology and Human Resources.
Philippe has 15 years of experience in the lubricant additives industry and has been a member of the Infineum executive committee since he joined in 2006. Before his current role, he held several leadership positions such as EVP sales, EVP Supply, EVP Business Services and CFO.
During his career, Philippe has lived and worked in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, UK, Singapore and USA.
Prior to joining Infineum, Philippe had spent 7 years with Nalco where he was Global Controller before becoming Managing Director European Operations and VP Equipment Division.
In his earlier stages of his professional career, Philippe worked as an auditor for Deloitte, as a business analyst for the Suez Group and as Head of Strategy in Umicore.
Philippe holds a Master's Degree in Business Engineering from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
