Rebecca Oldfield, EVP Innovation and Technology
In her current role, Rebecca heads up the Global Innovation and Technology function, accountable for delivering innovative products and solutions to meet customers’ needs in current and future markets. Rebecca is the Executive Committee sponsor for Inclusion and Diversity, and a member of a number of external networks supporting gender equality in the workplace.
Rebecca joined Infineum in 2000 as a research scientist, and has held a number of technical, commercial and business roles in both the UK and the US since then. She joined the executive committee in 2017 as the Global HR Director.
Rebecca holds a Master's Degree and PhD in Materials Science from Pembroke College, Cambridge and is a mother to three children.
