Position Summary

Sustainability is a key aspect of Infineum’s purpose and central to our corporate strategy.  We aim to be Sustainability leaders in our additives sector which means pursuing ambitious GHG emission reductions.  But we also expect to leverage this leadership position as part of our customer centricity effort towards achieving profitable growth.

The Sustainability Engagement Advisor is responsible for leading key elements of Infineum’s Sustainability commercial agenda:

  • Formulation and implementation of a Sustainability commercial strategy
  • Implementation of Sustainability service offerings by customer tier and segment
  • Creation and monetization of tailored customer Sustainability Value Propisitions

An understanding of Infineum’s additives market and the key principles of Sustainability are very important.  This role will report to the Sustainability Manager.

What will you be doing?
  • Collecting and interpreting market, customer and competitor information to identify external trends as input on sustainability commercial strategy
  • Rolling out Sustainabiilty service offerings and supporting their application through data collection, presentations and advice
  • Collaborating with OMMs and Sales to develop and monetize new, tailored sustainability solutions
