Infineum makes a positive impact in the global and local communities where we operate, and we encourage all colleagues to do the same. We focus on building skills, particularly in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM). Infineum colleagues contribute their knowledge, skills and experience in many volunteering hours in their local communities. Work supporting communities is also part of our commitment to UN Sustainable Development Goal 3 - Good Health and wellbeing.
Deliver a positive impact in communities where we operate
Infineum is committed to delivering a positive impact in the communities where we operate, and encourages colleague volunteering in line with our ambition. To support this, we are introducing a global volunteering policy that provides an additional days annual leave for colleagues to participate in voluntary STEM or local community support activities.

- Investing in academia through internships, university sponsorships, and research and publications.
- Delivering a positive impact in the communities in and around our business and technology centres, manufacturing plants and sales offices.
- Launching a Global Colleague Volunteering Policy, aligning with our CARES values and building a wider range of volunteering activities.
