This is the Aetna Dental Benefits Booklet which is one of two documents that together describe the benefits covered by the Infineum Dental Plan for in-network and out-of-network dental coverage. This booklet will tell you about your covered benefits – what they are and how you get them. It replaces all booklets describing similar coverage that we sent to you previously. The second document is the schedule of benefits. It tells you how we share expenses for eligible dental services and tells you about limits – like when your plan covers only a certain number of visits.
