Infineum is a world leading transportation additive company with research facilities and plants across the world. Established in 1999 as a joint venture between ExxonMobil and Shell, our products feature in 1 in 3 vehicles worldwide.

The Global Communications Team use a variety of channels to deliver high quality internal and external communications. Part of this role will focus on supporting the numerous global events scheduled for 2019. However, the role is incredibly varied and will also involve editorial writing, photography and filming support for internal communication, all while contributing to a busy high-performing team.

What you might be doing:
  • Supporting the Global Events Manager to deliver key events, including presentation development, co-ordinating translations and logistics
  • Build relationships with external suppliers and agencies to deliver high quality outputs

  • Working closely with colleagues in a variety of departments and countries to develop content of a consistently high standard, for example: news stories, web pages and videos

  • Monitoring and reporting the performance of the intranet

Suitable candidates are likely to:
  • Be working towards a marketing or events related degree

  • Work as part of a team with a collaborative approach but also using their own initiative

  • Have the flexibility and willingness to work towards a variety of different tasks, with varying deadlines

  • Maintain the ability to work to tight deadlines and keep focus during busier times

  • Have a can-do approach to solving problems and good attention to detail

  • Have previous office experience (advantageous)

  • Strong organisational skills
