Infineum Singapore has officially been recognised as a Human Capital Partner (HCPartner), at the Conference for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices, held on 27 April at the Raffles City Convention Centre, Singapore.
Human capital is a measure of the skills, education, capacity and competencies of employees, which influence their economic value. This recognition by the Human Capital Partnership (HCP) Programme demonstrates Infineum's commitment to being a progressive employer, which grows its business through a focus on investing in the development of its employees.
The HCP Programme is a tripartite initiative to bring together a community of progressive employers, to help them succeed and stay competitive through a focus on human capital development. It recognises employers who invest in human capital and adopt progressive workplace practices as HCPartners.
The HCP Programme Manager stated,
we are very encouraged by Infineum's efforts and are happy to officially welcome you on board as a HCPartner.
