作为意大利全国性别平等认证系统的一部分，UNI/PdR 125:2022认证基于意大利标准机构（UNI）定义的标准。为了获得该认证，必须满足与工作场所文化、治理、人力资源流程、机会、薪酬平等和父母保护相关的关键绩效指标。
我们的Vado Ligure工厂成功通过了相关领域政策和程序的评估，所获认证有效期为三年。
