Sharing our safety knowledge externally

Safety - 13 4 月 2022

A new safety film has been created by colleagues in Linden to educate stakeholders, including customers and suppliers, on the risks associated with Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S), and reinforce our distinct safety culture to the external world.

Watch the five-minute film presented by Global Category Leader, Alex Proctor, below to find out more.

Hydrogen sulfide is a common risk associated with thermal sensitive components used in lubricant additive blends. Infineum has been actively working with the American Chemistry Council to develop guidelines for the safe handling of thermal sensitive components and has significantly invested in H2S risk mitigation at all Infineum Manufacturing sites. Awareness of this risk is fundamental to safe operations and, most importantly, to the safety of our colleagues and contractors
