Salima previously worked at Anglo American for 15 years in various HR roles including Head of HR Marketing Business, Head of Talent Acquisition and Head of HR Service Delivery. Prior to this Salima worked at BP for 10 years in a variety of HR roles.
Salima has a BSc. in Chemistry from Imperial College and a MA in Human Resource Management from Middlesex Business School and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
Salima is married with two children.
