Infineum is pleased to continue our close partnership with Migrant Leaders, a UK-based charity supporting disadvantaged young migrants across the country to fulfil their career and leadership potential.
Our Milton Hill headquarters recently welcomed 15 interns from the Migrant Leaders Programme for a two-day onsite discovery placement, marking the second year of hosting this initiative.
Infineum CEO, Aldo Govi, VP of HR, Salima Shariff, and colleagues across various functions, dedicated their time to the event, providing the interns with a unique experience of Infineum’s culture, operations and values.
Aldo Govi, Infineum CEO, says “I thoroughly enjoyed my engagement session with this year’s attendees at our two-day discovery placement. I’m proud of how Infineum supports the Migrant Leaders Programme which is an inspiring initiative that aligns perfectly with our value of inclusion, supports our purpose, and helps to create opportunities for the next generation of diverse talent.
Salima Shariff, VP of HR, adds “I am proud to see Infineum host the second cohort of Migrant Leaders, continuing our commitment to inclusion, opportunity and power of diverse views. These future leaders bring fresh perspectives, ambition and resilience – qualities that inspire us all and reflect the values we stand for. Personally, I was energised by their curiosity and confidence – a powerful reminder for every kind of potential to thrive.”
At Infineum, we are pleased to champion meaningful causes that create positive change in our surrounding community. For more information about Infineum’s sustainability initiatives, please visit: https://www.infineum.com/sustainability/.
