Carlo Rovea
VP of Digital Technology
As Vice President, Digital Technology at Infineum, Carlo Rovea heads digital transformation globally across the organisation.
He brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience spanning operations, commercial, finance, business transformation and digital technology, having led global teams and large-scale transformation initiatives across Italy, the UK, China and Singapore.
Carlo led Infineum’s global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme, one of the largest global business transformation initiatives in the history of the company.
Passionate about digital transformation and building high-performing teams, Carlo champions the practical application of technology, data and AI to simplify operations, improve decision-making and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Carlo holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Genoa in Italy.
Outside of work, Carlo enjoys travelling the world with his wife and daughter, as well as snowboarding and the great outdoors.
