Recruitment Scam Advisory

Recruitment Scam Advisory

We have received recent reports of fraudulent recruitment activities involving individuals and platforms claiming to be recruiting on behalf of Infineum or posing as Infineum HR personnel offering fake job opportunities.

Such fraudulent communication may come from job sourcing/recruitment platforms, unsolicited emails, text messages or phone calls.

Please remain vigilant against recruitment scams by watching out for potential warning signs:

  • Use of free web-based email accounts (e.g. Gmail or Yahoo)
  • Use of mobile phone numbers
  • Use of poor language with spelling and grammatical errors
  • Request for money. Infineum and organisations that recruit on our behalf will never request for any form of payment during the recruitment process.
  • Request for sensitive personal information (e.g. passport and bank account details) at initial stages of the recruitment process.
  • Conducting interviews through unofficial channels
  • Insisting on urgency to complete the interview process

Should you suspect that you have received fraudulent recruitment-related communication, please do not respond or disclose any personal details.

Please note that all open positions at Infineum are listed on our official Careers page and Infineum LinkedIn. Interested applicants will be required to submit an application directly to Infineum.
