Aldo Govi, CEO Infineum
In his role as CEO, Aldo Govi is transforming Infineum from its leadership position in transportation additives to becoming a specialty chemicals company, within its overall purpose of creating a sustainable future through innovative chemistry.
Aldo has almost 30 years of experience in the lubricant additives industry and has been a member of the Infineum senior executive committee since 2016. Before becoming CEO he held several senior leadership positions such as Chief Operating Officer, EVP Commercial, EVP Business Growth and Strategy and President of Infineum USA, EVP Sales, Business Director for the Lubricants segment, and Sales Director for the EMEA region.
Aldo is a member of the Board of Infineum Italia and the Salaco JV.
In the earlier stages of his professional career, Aldo worked in the Supply and in the HR functions in various global and regional roles. During his career, Aldo has lived and worked in US, UK, and Italy.
Aldo is a father to three children and holds a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Genoa in Italy.
