Nicola Pickup, EVP Supply and Operational Excellence
In her role as EVP Supply and Operational Excellence, Nicola is accountable for the global manufacturing, supply chain and procurement operations of the enterprise, with a particular current focus on the application of digital technologies for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
Nicola joins the Infineum executive committee with over 30 years of experience in the lubricant additive industry. Her career path from Chemical Engineer to EVP has included many leadership positions such as Business Manager for our Fuels segment, Global Customer Account Executive and more recently Transformation Director, where she led Infineum through a corporate transformation program.
Nicola has a BEng in chemical engineering from the university of Bath and is a mother to two daughters.
