In fact, many of our colleagues have joined Infineum after successful placements; therefore, we are keen to develop a close relationship with a view to possible future employment.

Co-op programme - Focus on New Jersey for future talent
Infineum offers co-operative students (co-ops) the opportunity to supplement your education by participating in some of the most relevant and challenging projects in the industry. Assignments may involve: providing technical support for the process manufacturing units, developing and planning manufacturing process improvements, formulating and performing analytical testing of motor oils, or providing technical support of Infineum products for customers. Co-op assignments range from 6-12 months and are offered at one of our New Jersey sites (Bayway Chemical Plant or Linden Business & Technology Center).
These key Infineum facilities offer outstanding opportunities that will provide you with all the right additives for a high performance career. Successful applicants will:
- Be working toward a Chemical Engineering degree (have completed 4+ semesters)
- Have excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrate a high level of achievement in academics (3.0+ G.P.A)
- Possess a positive attitude and strong motivation to learn

Internships and Industrial Attachments – vital work experience at Infineum
Our internships take place at the majority of our facilities in the following locations:

All internships are paid positions. Typically we recruit for internships in engineering, manufacturing, operations, chemistry, procurement, finance, global communications and supply chain.

Program Requirements
Internships at Infineum can be for 6 or 12 months or 2 years for a management trainee in some countries. Undergraduate or graduate level students are welcome to apply. Infineum recruits interns for functions across the company. Each internship posting will list the preferred degree, major and skills for the internship.
How to apply
Infineum recruits on specific university campuses during the Autumn and Spring sessions. To determine if we will be attending your school/college/university, contact your careers centre for details specific to your campus. Internship opportunities are also posted at select universities, and annual application deadlines are included in posted opportunities.
All applicants receive email notification when their information is received. Qualified candidates of interest will be notified directly by the Human Resources function.
