Lisa's north star is helping people, it's always been a passion of hers. A career in HR at Infineum has enabled Lisa to do this, whilst also growing personally and professionally herself. 

Tell us about your career journey at Infineum so far 

“I joined Infineum as a Recruiting Specialist and since then, I've been exposed to a variety of roles, from Compensation and Benefits Advisor, to HR Business Partner, then US HR Manager, and my current role as Business HR Manager. My leaders have always been very clear about prioritsing my development objectives and goals, and aligning these with the business needs which are always evolving. 

I believe a company's greatest asset is the people who work there - and this absolutely applies to Infineum. It's why I chose to work in HR and it's why I chose Infineum. We have a 'One Infineum' mindset, and I really feel this in my role. It's inspiring to work with and support such talented individuals across the business, all with different ideas and perspectives.  

I've had a fulfilling career to date with exposure to interesting and challenging Infineum projects. It feels rewarding to see the global impact my work has had and will continue to have.” 

What do you like most about working at Infineum? 

“For me, collaboration is at the heart of what we do at Infineum. We all have a shared purpose to be successful and grow, and it feels like my colleagues really care about their work. It's something I really appreciate, solving a problem as part of a team rather than individually.” 

What advice would you give to someone thinking of applying for a role at Infineum? 

“Think about what motivates you and use that to guide you. Whilst studying for my Masters in Business Administration, with a focus on HR, I realised I had this passion for supporting others and it helped to shape my future career decisions. 

I'd advise anyone to take opportunities which align with what they believe in. A career at Infineum has given me those opportunities, and I am still learning fourteen years on since joining.”
